Pachira aquatica (Money Tree)

60,00

Pachira aquatica, known as the money tree, is a striking tropical plant with a characteristic braided trunk and large, glossy palmate leaves in deep green. Native to the swampy tropics of Central America. Considered a symbol of good luck and financial prosperity around the world — hence the name. A large specimen at €60 is already a fully shaped tree that immediately becomes the focal point of any room.

Place it in bright indirect light — direct sun scorches the leaves, but deep shade is equally unsuitable. Water generously but infrequently: every 10–14 days, letting the soil dry out well between waterings. Pachira stores water in its swollen trunk — it handles drought far better than overwatering. Always empty the saucer after watering. In dry rooms, mist the leaves regularly. Feed once a month from spring through summer with a foliage plant fertiliser.

Avoid moving the pot unnecessarily — pachira dislikes a change of location. Safe for people and pets. ✓
