ROSES is Estonia’s largest flower retail chain and a direct flower importer. We operate in retail, wholesale supply and flower delivery.

We are looking for a marketing specialist focused on measurable commercial results: managing advertising, analysing its effectiveness and directly contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Managing advertising campaigns and maintaining a central campaign register
• Ensuring that purchases and conversions are tracked correctly
• Analysing advertising spend and revenue and proposing budget adjustments
• Working with influencers: research, negotiations, promo codes and performance evaluation
• Planning promotions and giveaways
• Creating content plans, preparing briefs for photo and video shoots, and monitoring publications
• Preparing weekly reports and the advertising budget for the following month

Requirements

• Good spoken Estonian, English and Russian is mandatory
• Hands-on advertising experience with direct responsibility for financial results
• Experience working systematically with influencers and measuring their performance
• Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to work with data
• E-commerce experience
• Ability to work independently: we set goals without monitoring every step
