We are looking for a florist with a strong sense of style and attention to detail.

Requirements

• at least one year of professional experience as a florist;
• the ability to create bouquets and floral arrangements;
• accuracy, responsibility and strong customer service skills.

Salary is agreed individually based on the interview.

Delivery Driver

The role uses a company-provided Peugeot Partner with a manual transmission.

Schedule

• two days on, followed by two days off;
• Monday to Saturday shifts begin at 09:00;
• Sunday shifts begin at 10:00;
• shifts usually finish at approximately 20:00–21:00.

The stated pay applies when the work is completed without errors and company rules are followed. The exact finishing time depends on the number of deliveries and how quickly they are completed.

SMM Specialist

Main responsibilities

• managing ROSES.EE social media channels and preparing content plans;
• creating, publishing and quality-checking content;
• organising shoots and briefing content creators;
• working with influencers and UGC creators;
• analysing performance and developing the brand’s social media presence.

Terms and salary are discussed during the interview.

B2B Sales Manager

Main responsibilities

• identifying and acquiring new business clients;
• systematic work with selected segments, including HoReCa, supermarkets, floristry businesses and other sectors;
• conducting negotiations and presenting ROSES.EE offers;
• working with price lists and commercial proposals;
• developing long-term client relationships and growing B2B sales.

The terms of cooperation are discussed individually during the interview.

Head of Marketing

Main responsibilities

• developing and implementing the ROSES.EE marketing strategy;
• coordinating advertising, SMM and influencer partnerships;
• planning budgets and overseeing advertising campaigns;
• setting tasks for employees and external partners;
• analysing effectiveness, sales and commercial results;
• developing the brand in Estonia and international markets.

Salary is agreed based on the interview.

Store Coordinator / Executive Assistant

Main responsibilities

• coordinating the store’s daily operations and following up on tasks;
• supporting the manager with organisational and administrative matters;
• working with invoices, documents, schedules and internal spreadsheets;
• monitoring personnel documentation and working-time records;
• ordering products and consumable supplies;
• communicating with employees, suppliers and business partners.

We are looking for an organised person who can handle day-to-day matters independently and take ownership of results.
