Loyalty program

1. General Terms

1.0. The ROSES.EE loyalty program is owned and administered by ONE Management OÜ (hereinafter – ROSES.EE).

1.1. These rules regulate the conditions for participation in the ROSES.EE loyalty program.

1.2. Any customer who has made a purchase at ROSES.EE, registered in the system, or completed registration via join.roses.ee and confirmed their consent to participate, for example, by checking a box when placing an order or in their personal account, becomes a participant in the program.

3. Bonus Accumulation

3.1. Bonuses are credited only for fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, and potted plants and are not credited for discounted products, promotional offers, or delivery services.

3.2. In case of partial payment using bonuses, cashback is credited only for the remaining amount paid with monetary funds.

4. Use of Bonuses

4.1. Bonuses can be used to pay up to 50% of the next order’s cost unless otherwise specified in the promotion conditions.

4.2. The minimum amount for using bonuses is €5.

4.3. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person, or combined with bonuses from other participants.

5. Bonus Expiration

5.1. All accrued bonuses are valid for 12 months from the date of accrual.

5.2. After the specified period, unused bonuses are automatically canceled and cannot be restored.

6. Returns and Bonuses

6.1. If an item is returned, the bonuses accrued for its purchase are canceled.

6.2. If bonuses were used for payment, they are not refunded to the participant’s bonus account.

6.3. Refunds are made only for the amount paid in cash or by bank card. If bonuses were used for the purchase, they are non-refundable and are canceled without the possibility of recovery.

7. Program Terms Changes

7.1. ROSES.EE reserves the right to change the rules, the structure of accrual and use of bonuses, and the levels of program participants. All participants will be notified by email at least 1 day before the new rules take effect. Changes take effect upon publication on the ROSES.EE website unless otherwise specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. ROSES.EE is not responsible for technical failures, delays in accruing bonuses, or the inability to use them due to reasons beyond the company’s control. Any failures caused by ROSES.EE’s internal processes are considered force majeure and are not subject to compensation.

8.2. ROSES.EE reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate a client’s participation in the Loyalty Program in case of the dissemination of false information, actions causing damage to the company’s business reputation, or public statements containing inaccurate information about the quality of goods and services. The decision to block is made after an internal review, which must be completed within a reasonable time frame. During the review period, the client’s participation in the Loyalty Program may be suspended. In such cases, bonuses are canceled without the possibility of recovery. The client has the right to submit a request for review through customer support.

9. Privacy and Data Processing

9.1. By participating in the Program, the client agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

9.2. Clients’ personal data is used exclusively for the administration of the loyalty program, accrual of bonuses, and sending notifications.

9.3. ROSES.EE does not transfer personal data to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law. To manage the loyalty program, ROSES.EE may use third-party services such as Restaurant Automation Limited and SendPulse Inc. In such cases, client data is processed in accordance with the privacy policies of these services.

9.4. The client has the right to request the deletion of their data by sending a request to ROSES.EE customer support. Personal data within the loyalty program is stored for no more than 36 months from the client’s last activity, after which the data is automatically deleted unless otherwise required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Disputes related to personal data processing are resolved through customer support ([email protected], +372 57 87 61 69).

10.2. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate ([email protected]).
